My family and I had an incredible stay at Gower’s Airbnb. Honestly, it was even nicer than I expected. This property offers a true California experience that’s incredibly hard to find. I’ve driven along Highway 1 many times, always thinking how amazing it would be to spend time on that beautiful coastal land you see from the road, and this property delivers exactly that. We had lunch and dinner overlooking sweeping views of untouched coastline and the beach below. There’s an easy path down to what felt like a private beach (we didn’t see another soul the entire time), and we spent hours exploring the black sand, walking the shore, and checking out the tide pools at low tide. The whole time, I kept thinking how rare and unspoiled this experience is. Gower has created an incredible home, thoughtfully designed with all the comforts you could want right in the middle of some of the most beautiful land in the world. We’re already talking about when we can come back.

An unbelievable experience - the place has an unbeatable view and is just stunning all around. Can’t say enough good things about this Airbnb - would highly recommend it to anybody looking for a relaxing getaway.

Brenda and Butch were very welcoming and helpful with directions. The property is beautiful and better than imagined. Spent lots of time relaxing, floating and swimming at the river. (Chevy Silverado 4x4 made the river access very easy.) We also loved fishing for bass in Brenda’s pond! The cabin had all the essentials. We were able to make wonderful meals on the bbq with a breathtaking view. A bald eagle frequented the valley and we held hope to see a bear, but only saw tracks. We really enjoyed our stay at Carley Ranch and we’ll be back! Thanks Brenda and Butch!

Our overall stay was absolutely amazing — we couldn’t have asked for a better place. We brought our little ones with us, and ever since the trip, they’ve been begging to go back. The kitchen was perfect for cooking, the views were breathtaking, and we will definitely be returning!

Ambers place is a truly unique home. It’s round - which creates such an interesting flow! The craftsmanship and artistic touches are not only beautiful but inviting. We enjoyed every aspect of this place - from falling asleep to the sound of the ocean to enjoying the morning sun in the atrium while admiring the stained glass. Close to Mendocino, beaches - and Good Bones restaurant is walking distance- what a great find!

Loved our stay and the house was fantastic, the couches and chairs in the common areas were very uncomfortable and I wish there was an outdoor relaxing/ eating space. The views and beach access were amazing.

Wendy’s place is absolutely spectacular. It was a well needed private & quiet time with a private lake among vineyards! We have started planning when to come back here again as soon as we stepped in. Wendy is also such an amazing host. She went above and beyond to help plan for my wife’s birthday. I can’t recommend this property enough! You must experience it!

Lovely home and huge! They had a good stereo but didn’t have the right connections for our phones, and had no way to listen to music. Vacasa office told us that we didn’t need to pick up the packet- which we appreciated because we were late - but then we discovered we had to have parking passes or they would boot our car until we paid cash for the fine. Would be easier to put parking passes in the house.

Beautiful home perfectly situated on a quiet cul-de-sac. Gorgeous ocean views with a lovely deck with dining table and outdoor seating area with gas fireplace. Spacious kitchen and living room - plenty of space for our family with two young kids.

Wow! This home has an exceptional setting - the spectacular views of the ocean from the great room are mesmerizing. The master bedroom and lower level bedrooms all have gorgeous views of the ocean as well. The Ocean Bluff Trail passes right behind the house, making it so convenient to explore the coast. Great for nature lovers - we saw seals, deer, rabbits, fox, and many varieties of sea birds. Also the home is pet friendly and our dog loved it! Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

Such an amazing stay and visit! We had an extremely relaxing a peaceful stay at Sea Ranch. The house is so welcoming and stocked with anything you could need. Everything is so thoughtful, and well appointed, you feel like you are at home. We loved all the little details about this place that is such a treasure and clearly so loved. We saw so many animals, and could easily walk to the beach. You can hear the Ocean from your window and enjoy your coffee in the morning watching the ocean. Honestly, Nate and Nora’s place is our new favorite at sea ranch. Hosts are so nice and quick to respond. We had a lovely time relaxing, and being out in nature. Thank you both so much, we only have good things to say, thanks for sharing your beautiful home.

Beautiful and super clean house in the magical woods. We loved the window seats everywhere and watching the deer visit every day. The beds are very comfy and towels plush. We enjoyed the sauna and hot tub under the stars. Some aspects of the house are a little more rustic than modern, but still very comfortable and cozy. The owner is super responsive and thoughtful and obviously cares a lot about her home.

Stunning property with ocean views from the living room. This classic Sea Ranch architecture is beautifully complemented by tasteful decor and a well-stocked kitchen. We truly felt at home and had a wonderful time. Willa and Craig were fantastic hosts—providing clear directions, helpful local tips, and being readily available if we needed anything. We’d love to return!

We were lucky to find the perfect time for staying at this beautiful spot. It was a great location, with parking off the street, access to nearby headland trails- while still being walkable to the rest of town. Our host, Mary was the very picture of hospitality- reaching out to us to coordinate our arrival after a delay driving through the Bay Area; then again intermittently checking in with us to make sure there were no problems. Prior to our stay, she was also very helpful and listed recommendations on places to eat. We had a wonderful stay and intend to return to enjoy the lovely views and relaxing environment we find ourselves wishing we could live in full time.

This was so perfect for us. Our family felt right at home the second we walked in the door. It was so cozy and comfortable, everything was easy to find- felt like walking into our own family cottage. I highly recommend! It was a fabulous place to rest and regroup on our way up the coast.

Hollys Meadow is beyond compare…absolutely magical! Our extended family of 9 bonded with the unique experiences of fishing in the private alcove of beach, bonfires, and roaming and relaxing in the extensive and beautifully landscaped grounds! The house is great for a group, offering a great layout for privacy in baths and bedrooms,, and gathering areas. We loved cooking in the open kitchen with the huge island prep area with seating for easy community The house is immaculate, excellently stocked for dinner preps and serving options. The bedding is comfy and the laundry room appreciated There are no words to express our gratitude to Holly for offering this beautiful venue. Our family made many cherished memories at her amazing place! We will definitely seek Hollys Meadow for our next trip to Ft Bragg!

Very quick drive to Mendocino, a few minutes walk down the trail for some amazing ocean views, lots of hiking suggestions provided by hosts. Wish we could have stayed a little longer!

From my mother who stayed here with my family for my wedding at Switzer Farm: “Westport is a lovely little town and Westport landing did not disappoint. It is a wonderful home that you can tell is loved by its owners. We loved waking up listening to the ocean and the views were breathtaking. There is everything you need in this home. Fully equipped kitchen, toys , puzzles and activities for kids. There is even a piano for those of you that play. We didn’t spend a lot of time exploring the outdoors because we were there for a wedding but I’m sure that would be fabulous. We did enjoy watching the cute family of foxes living behind the home that visited us on a daily basis. Our 4 year old granddaughter commented on the way out how much she would miss them. Magical home and magical wedding. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us.”

The view. It's maily the view that no picture can really describe. But than again, the house itself is so nice, with great feeling of privecy but still near fine restaurants, wineries, short or long hiking trails, sea and forests. Perfect location

this was the perfect peaceful weekend getaway! not only was the house equipped with everything for any kind of home made meal, it was very clean and modern in a beautiful location! you cannot beat the view. bruce was extremely helpful and kind! highly recommend booking this hidden gem!!

What a magnificent home with the most beautiful ocean views we’ve ever had along the coast. The house was a perfect size for 6 adults. The kitchen is well-accessorized. It was a wonderful place to relax and spend time with family. The stunning views left us speechless!
