The home sits conveniently close to the waters edge on a flat lot making walking to and from the dock quick and easy. The dock is a spacious two story dock with an open slip and deep water access. The home sits across the bay from Lake Lanier Islands waterpark. The home rests in a protected cove with very little boat traffic.

There is nothing like a weekend at the lake, particularly when the cottage is in a quiet neighborhood on the south end of the lake. The pergola is perfect for breakfast or for happy hour and the paddle fan overhead keeps the insects away. The deep water dock is great for swimming or for fishing. Take a weekend break from life in the city, kickback and recharge your body. You deserve it and you’ll wonder why you did not do it sooner. You will be welcome at our cottage.

It is perfectly located with an amazing sunset view and an easy level 30-yard walk to the dock. Convenient access by boat or car to restaurants, marinas, golf, tennis, jet-ski rentals, Lake Lanier Island Waterpark, hiking areas and much more. -All Rentals must be GA and Forsyth Compliant.
