Beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood. Great location, Publix grocery store and restaurants less than a mile away. Host was very responsive and accommodating.

Sidhant was a great host and responded to all of our needs quickly. Perfect for 2 large families enjoy time on the lake! We were able to dock our boat. Water depth is great here for boat and swimming. Dock was not far from the house as most others can be at Lake Lanier.

It’s a beautiful house on the lake, peaceful beautiful surroundings. Spacious home for the kiddos to run around. Good communication and so glad Tan went out of his way and got our clothes that was left behind. Great location as well. We enjoyed it with our big family .

We enjoyed our stay in Flowery Branch The farmHouse still has the original plank wood floors and walls The kitchen cabinets and appliances are new. Plenty of room. The king bed is comfortable The yard is perfect for our dog We walked to the restaurants. We ate at three of the restaurants Main Street - all owned by the same people. Caroline’s on Main for breakfast - Peyton Pie - the white BBQ wings are amazing - and Antebellum for dinner. - they were all very good

Mary’s Place was the perfect home to host my family for a small private dinner for my birthday. Beautifully decorated home with everything you would need for your stay. A very peaceful neighborhood within minutes to all the restaurants and local stores. We really enjoyed our stay.

The house is beautiful inside and out. The landscape is wonderful. Want to come back in the summer months when everything is green. Uday was a great host.

Ron was a great host and this house was awesome! He had snacks out and water in the fridge for us. He also checked in to make sure we knew how to get into the home. We hope to stay here again!

Such a great place! The apartment is an add on on the left side of the house with a shared wall with the main house. Pros -very quiet! I barely heard any noise and Brian even had some family visiting while I was there. I do video calls for work and I’m sure no one could hear anything, so I’d definitely recommend for any business travelers or those who like peace and quiet. -tons of natural light -spacious living room, bedroom, bathroom & closet -Brian is very responsive. I told him about an issue with the coffee pot and he replaced it right away with a brand new one. He also provided me with a number of other items right away as well. -the neighborhood is gorgeous! Lots of trees, birds & deer. I counted at least 10 deer each walk I made at dusk. It was very peaceful being in nature! Seemed very quiet & safe. Beautiful spring flowers. And you can see the stars very well on a Clear night : ) -great location - Chik fil a 5 minutes away, sprouts close by & close to other restaurants. Easy access to Suwanee, Duluth, johns creek -wonderful outdoor areas - front porch with rocking chairs, back patio & pool area with plenty of seating & tables -driveway Parking -all the amenities of a home! Stove, fridge, laundry, large shower (5x5 or so) with a bench Cons -Not the best set up if you like to watch tv - although you could move the couch or tv stand I think. They’re at a 90 degree angle is all. -Small hair dryer - it was fine for my short hair but probably not so good if you have longer hair. I didn’t ask but maybe Brian would provide a different one if needed. -Some dishes were dirty. I just ran them through the dish washer so not a big deal.

I came here on vacation and stayed here for three weeks. The house was clean and stocked with everything you need. The location is spectacular; close to the Mall of Georgia, lots of great restaurants ans stores nearby, and the greatest perk for me was that it’s right by the highway. Coming from a different country, there were a lot of things unfamiliar to me and I had a lot of questions, but Namtar was patient and was very kind and helpful in answering them thoroughly throughout my stay. Would definitely stay here again when I come back to visit. Highly recommend!

Yaneth cozy basement apartment was everything. Very clean, cozy and peaceful. Beautiful patio and deck on the outside to relax and take in the nature. Awesome neighborhood super quiet. Yaneth is very responsive and will answer all your questions. So if you are traveling to Atlanta/Suwanee area book this place to stay you will not regret it! Yaneth place will definitely be my go to when I'm in Atlanta. Yaneth thanks again for your hospitality.

I had a great stay! The accommodation was simple but exceptionally clean, which made it feel very comfortable and welcoming. Everything was well-maintained, and it was clear that attention was given to keeping the space spotless. The host was fantastic — highly responsive and attentive, always quick to answer any questions I had. It made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We loved our stay! This small Airbnb is located on a very quiet street. There is a lot to do in the surrounding area and plenty of places to eat! The host was very responsive and helpful and we enjoyed our stay.

Diego's place was great and has everything you could need. The fenced in courtyard was a nice added bonus as well.

Amazing hosts & perfect condo. Very comfortable, had everything I needed and more. Bed was extremely comfortable. Workspace provided. I met Trish & Bobby and they are amazing, I would rent from them again anyday. I felt very safe, in a very safe part of Atlanta in Brookhaven, grocery store, wine, mall, yoga, etc are all winin 1-5 minutes driving distance away. You could walk to the grocery store easily and Starbucks in 5 minutes. Highly recommend.

This is definitely one of the best Airbnbs I've stayed at—it truly felt like home. Everything was clean and well-organized. Marcel, the host, was super responsive and went out of his way to help. I would absolutely stay here again!
