The creek in the back of the home, that flows into Lake Lanier, is lightly active and creates a nice soundtrack for evenings on the back decks.

The home sits across the bay from Lake Lanier Islands waterpark. The home rests in a protected cove with very little boat traffic.

A mansion next door to the villa was used for different scenes of the Ozark TV series. Feel free to bring your own boat and tie up to the dock during your stay. At the end of the day, relax around the stone fire pit or in the large hot tub. With three cozy bedrooms, it can comfortably sleep up to 9 guests.
