Packed with amenities and features this chalet is located in the most coveted neighborhood of lake Lanier. Its floor plan is designed to accommodate families and friends wanting to vacation together in a cozy setting. The 3 floors of this chalet bring the lake inside with its decor, greige wall colors, and large windows. NOTE: Hot tub to be reserved for a fee of $250/stay. This fee is not included in your booking. I will collect it via Airbnb as a payment request if you want the hot tub.

Private guest house outside the city

Private home, king bed, hot tub, fire pit, outdoor TV, patio heaters, stocked beverage fridge, walking trail, lots of games, s’mores ingredients, ice cream. Separate driveway - no need to interact with host (although they are available if you need anything) On great weather days/evenings, open the garage door to the large patio area with string lights and an 80” TV. Enjoy a glass of wine while you soak in the hot tub with some premium audio speakers playing your favorite playlist.

A mansion next door to the villa was used for different scenes of the Ozark TV series. "Sawnee Mountain Hikers Hideaway"

This area is full of history from the Trail of Tears, to Sawnee Mountain. This house is located 8 minutes from Lake Sydney Lanier. There is more than a handful of local restaurants and live entertainment to keep busy. If you like to hike the mountain we encourage it. You can either leave from here approximately 500 feet up the hill, medium inclined walk up to the trail. Or if you prefer there is a couple of trailhead parks located within 2 to 3 miles with free parking.

Tranquility and Relaxation on Lake Lanier! This charming log cabin is a short 1 minute walk to a private dock that guests can use for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, or relaxing by the water on a no wake zone cove near Lanier Island. Feel free to bring your own boat and tie up to the dock during your stay. At the end of the day, relax around the stone fire pit or in the large hot tub. With three cozy bedrooms, it can comfortably sleep up to 9 guests.
