Your only a short 5 min walk to Nabiac Village shops, including cafe and a pub, both with great food. Local swimming pool (closed in the winter months) kids skate park and playground. Our cottage is a 2 bedroom, unique cottage, sitting atop a hill of 100 undulating acres and boasting views once enjoyed by the old observatory that stands beside it. The cottage is a 30-35 minute drive to the gorgeous Forster/Tuncurry so whilst enjoying the serenity of a rural property you also have pristine beaches so close - best of both worlds !! 10 mins to the quaint village of Nabiac, vintage shops, homewares, cafe, pub, pool, tennis court and wineries close by.

Baroona Dairy Cottage is located just 5kms out of Nabiac on the Mid North Coast, close to beautiful beaches, forest hikes & cafes. We're only 3 mins from the Pacific Hwy, 20 mins from Blackhead & Diamond Beach and 25 mins from Forster/ Tuncurry. Once a working dairy, now converted to a one bedroom cottage with a spacious, sun-filled living area, full kitchen, newly renovated bathroom and cosy Queen-sized bedroom with a beautiful outlook onto the paddocks.

Swimmers Rest, classic beach house, dog friendly

Swimmers Rest is a retro, colourful beach house harking back to childhood holidays by the sea, but with modern comfortable amenities. The house has two indoor living areas, three outdoor zones, high ceilings, lots of light & has been thoughtfully & sustainably decorated. It has easy access to stunning beaches and great bushwalks. Small dogs welcome, but check with us first. The emphasis at Swimmers’ Rest is to slow down, kick back and enjoy!

Paperbark Beach Hideaway is a lovely secluded two-bedroom style cottage overlooking Crowdy Bay National Park. Feel the breeze on your face and listen to the sounds of the bird life while enjoying a morning coffee on the verandah or a cool drink in the afternoon.The cottage is equipped with a modern kitchen, lounge room, shower, toilet, laundry, and verandah. After returning from a day at the beach enjoy a rinse off with the outdoor shower.

This 100 year old house offers a rustic & retro beach house experience. Kept simple, comfortable, it offers classic fun including jigsaws, games & yes a TV & DVD & we've recently added wifi. It is only a 5 minute bush walk to stunning Blackhead Beach or 10 minutes through a sub-tropical rainforest to the shops. Once you've arrived there's no need to get in your car til you're ready to go home.
