Dimora Tipica - Seaview Home

Dimora Tipica is located in Praiano. It enjoys of spectacular sea views, from where you can admire an amazing sunrise. The house has a large solarium with hot tub,sunbeds, table and chairs. The bedroom is recently renovated, has a queen size bed and a single bed. There is a kitchen fully equipped and a bathroom. The location is quite, there are 50 steps to reach the house from the road where the car can be parked. Within a walking distance there are grocery stores, restaurants and bus stops.

Tiny House w/ seaview, pool +secluded gardens

A beautiful tiny house in a tranquil mountain valley between Positano and Montepertuso. Away from the crowds at the beach but near enough to walk down in 20 minutes. The house is not at streel level, there are 465 steps down from the road in Montepertuso. You must be fit and able to climb steps and carry your bags down. Heavy luggage is not advised. The house has a separate front door, living area, small kitchen, fridge, low ceilinged bathroom and bedroom with balcony overlooking pool.

Venus Apartment

The apartment is located on the top of Positano where you can enjoy breathtaking views. Housed in a quiet condominium park with swimming pool and paid parking. Walking along the narrow streets you can reach the center in 15/20 minutes, otherwise the public bus service stop is only a few meters from the main entrance. The pool service is avalaible from 15 May to 15 October (It's open from 10.00 a.m. to 06.00 p.m.). From the parking to the apartament there are about 100 (one hundred) steps.
