Dimora Tipica is located in Praiano. It enjoys of spectacular sea views, from where you can admire an amazing sunrise. The house has a large solarium with hot tub,sunbeds, table and chairs. The bedroom is recently renovated, has a queen size bed and a single bed. There is a kitchen fully equipped and a bathroom. The location is quite, there are 50 steps to reach the house from the road where the car can be parked. Within a walking distance there are grocery stores, restaurants and bus stops.

In Villam is a newly built apartment where each area is extremely stylish and modern. You can also take advantage of an outdoor area for pet and a baby cot is available on request. There's a garden equipped with barbecue and an outdoor oven where you can relax after a day on the beach or by the pool.
