Walking distance to six pubs, many amazing restaurants and the famous town square. This is a very private and quiet home, perfectly positions to enjoy the cotswold.

Our outhouse at the back of our garden has been lovingly transformed into a cosy, modern studio apartment. With underfloor heating, large sofa's & kitchen /breakfast area it has everything you want for a short or long stay! Separate entrance also makes it private so you can come and go as you wish. Located on Bradleys Lake, part of the beautiful Cotswold Water Park, near Cirencester. We have a south facing deck with glorious uninterrupted views of this unique sailing and carp fishing lake.
