Welcome to Spokane! This basement studio apartment is centrally located close to the airport, downtown and Spokane's regional hospitals. The Cliff/Cannon neighborhood streets are lined with well kept, classic older homes. Within walking distance to two different grocery stores, a few restaurants, and a small shopping plaza with a hardware store, laundry, and the best local market in town, Huckleberry's which has a cafe, juice bar, and deli with dine in seating. Your private studio is attached to our main house but has a private separate entrance, it's own bathroom with rain shower head, a mini kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, and cooking utensils. Our main house's patio is separated from the studio by a wall so they remain private. Come enjoy this beautiful golf course any time of year.
