We loved our stay at the Prime’s property! Everything was just as described and the location was perfect for a wedding we attended in Cashiers. It was quiet, private, and we had a great view of the mountains. Chris was very hospitable and communication was a plus. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Great little cottage within a short walking distance to downtown and very close to the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad. Very clean house with everything we needed. We will definitely book again for our next train excursion.

Loved staying at this charming little apartment overlooking Lake Chatuge. Michael is a friendly and gracious host! He has stocked everything you can imagine to make your stay comfortable and convenient. We went to celebrate our anniversary and love to fish. although it rained, we did manage to get some time in and catch a few! Would love to come back when it's warmer and take advantage of the kayaks! Thank you, Michael!

We enjoyed our stay! It was peaceful and close to Helen. Jessica and Bill were very responsive and kind. They were also thoughtful to leave out a highchair for my daughter! We would consider staying here again!

Our hosts were incredibly gracious and we could tell right away that they have put a lot of effort and care into maintaining their property. We felt right at home and were so grateful that they were able to share it with us for our visit.

From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The peaceful surroundings, thoughtful touches throughout the cabin, and the cozy atmosphere made it the perfect retreat. We truly didn’t want to leave! Every detail from the sparkling clean interior to the stunning views reflected the love and care that was put into this place. It was exactly the kind of getaway we were hoping for, and then some. We made so many wonderful memories and captured some gorgeous photos that we’ll treasure forever.

Had an absolutely great time. Really appreciated the little things, like a few dish detergent and clothing detergent packets available. Enough space that everyone was cozy, and could stay busy without leaving the house.

Hilltop Cabin on 5 Acres w/ Hot Tub & Waterfall!

Although the weather didn't quite cooperate for us, it didn't diminish our stay one bit. We absolutely enjoyed ourselves from the time we got to the cabin until the time we left. The accommodations were great and the views from the mountain top were absolutely stunning. Will definitely be staying here again!

Big House with Big Mtn Views, Golf & Pool Access

We needed a place for our blended family to finally meet and have time together. One of the bedrooms had bunks which became the kids room. They loved it. They also loved the game room, playground and bathing in the heart shaped jacuzzi. The view is amazing, overlooking a pond with the mountains in the background. We had groups playing golf and tennis. It was too cold for the pool but I’m sure the kids would have been there if it was warm. There is a beautiful waterfall closer than I thought. There was plenty of room for everyone to dine and just be together. It is definitely a place we will keep in mind for future gatherings.

Absolutely beautiful home! I loved doing my morning yoga in the sunroom with the perfect view of the mountains. My husband and I spent a lot of time outside on the patio and nearby hiking trail, then relaxed on the couch to watch the sunset. Thank you for beautiful, peaceful getaway!

Wonderful mountain cottage with amazing view!

The view is amazing! Plenty of room and loved that it was pet friendly. The area is challenging for walking them but that is typical for the mountains. Nice small fenced area, just know there is a large groundhog (not aggressive) who lives under the porch so keep an eye out for him if your pet likes to chase them! Plenty of kitchen supplies. Nice large master suite!

Great Escape | Smoky Mountain Views | Hot Tub

This is the perfect spot if you want peace and seclusion. It is about a 20 minute drive to sights and amenities (groceries). Very clean, lots of games if you get bored, and the kitchen is well-stocked. We were just a couple vacationing but it would have been a great house had we any children or friends in tow. Gorgeous view
