Beautiful ranch style guest cottage in tree-lined Arden Park neighborhood. Great location close to freeway, shopping, Sac State and 10 minutes to Downtown Sacramento. Nice outdoor areas, a shared pool (not heated) for guests to use June-September. Hot tub NOT for guest use. NOTE: Street parking. Only ONE car allowed We hope you choose to stay with us.
