Newly renovated villa immersed in the countryside of Noto with breathtaking views of the sea and Mount Etna. For the exclusive use of guests, the large swimming pool (16x4m), 15,000m2 garden,500m2 outdoor courtyard equipped with gas barbecue, 6 sun loungers, table and shower. The villa, characterized by a mix of modernity and tradition, consists of a living room, kitchen, dining room, 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 guest bathroom, a large study in which there is a double sofa bed and laundry.

“Cottage Bimmisca”is a charming small house with a wonderful view of the sea of the Vendicari nature reserve, seemingly floating on a cloud of olive trees. The cottage is about three kilometers from the sea, Noto and Marzamemi are equidistant about 15 minutes by car. It is located in the countryside, in an independent and private position near the house of the owners of the farm bearing the same name (eight hectares planted with organic olives and almonds).
