Enjoy the breath-taking Mediterranean Sea views (so close you can hear it!) and dramatic Castello Maniace view from my newly renovated penthouse apartment situated on historic island of Ortigia, heart of Siracusa. Attico Maniace is within walking distance of great restaurants, museums, historical landmarks, shops and just 2' walk from the beach. It is an ideal base to explore Ortigia, Siracusa, the rest of Baroque Sicily and the other sites of Magna Grecia without having to pack and unpack.

Casa Panco è un accogliente appartamento completamente ristrutturato, dove è possibile parcheggiare gratis sia sotto casa che all'interno del cortile condominiale. Casa Panco può ospitare fino a quattro persone, due in camera da letto, due in divano letto ed è possibile usufruire gratuitamente della culla da campeggio, per i bambini fino a due anni . L'appartamento si affaccia sui secolari alberi che incorniciano Piazza Santa Lucia dove insiste la Chiesa ed il Sepolcro della Santa patrona.
