Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στο καταπράσινο, ηλιόλουστο κ ήσυχο κτήμα μας. Η απεριόριστη θέαση του στον Μεσσηνιακό κόλπο, με τα αξέχαστα ηλιοβασιλέματα θα σας προσφέρει τις απόλυτες διακοπές. Η κάθε λεπτομέρεια των εσωτερικών χώρων, επιμελημένη με αισθητική, λιτή πολυτέλεια θα σας ενθουσιάσει. Μόλις 3´ οδηγώντας από την θάλασσα. The Mulberry - Garden, Sea & Sun

This newly built stone house with amazing pool was added by the owners to their existing house, situated in a large olive garden in the beautiful countryside overlooking the Messinian Sea. Blending perfectly with the traditional mani style, tastefully selected furniture and fabrics were used to decorate this special home. Amazing views to the mountains and the sea, completed by a roof top terrace for relaxing sun sets you will find plenty of space and privacy for a perfect holiday experience.

Με τη θάλασσα ακριβώς δίπλα και πολλές επιλογές για φαγητό, καφέ και ποτό. Το κέντρο της πόλης βρίσκεται σε κοντινή απόσταση (στάση λεωφορείου ακριβώς έξω από το σπίτι). The house is built in the traditional settlement of Proastio (or Prasteio for the locals) in an olive grove. It is located 6km (less than 10 minutes by car) from Kardamili and 9km (about 15 minutes drive) from Stoupa. In the area there are many beaches (organized and not) as well as cafes, taverns and restaurants for all tastes and requirements. The nearest beach is Kalamitsi (about 4km) and is ideal for children.
