The home is a detached guesthouse to our main home, and best suited for 1 adult or a couple but can accommodate an extra person on the extendable sofa (see photos). The Saturday Farmer's Market on Sutter Street is a popular activity. You have a full kitchen, full size clothes washer and dryer. There is detergent and dryer sheets provided.

Come stay at our brand new custom home in El Dorado Hills - just completed in 2024! We are walking distance from Folsom Lake and less than an hour and a half from skiing in South Lake Tahoe. You'll love the upscale features throughout the house - we spared no expense. The neighborhood is peaceful, and the views from the house are incredible. We are fully permitted with El Dorado County (#082189) for a max nightly occupancy of 6 adults (children 6 and over).
