We’re perfectly located: a very short drive to downtown historic Charleston; a quick walk to Folly Beach County Park; and a five-minute walk to our great beaches! We’re also 2 blocks away from Folly’s Sunset Cay Marina and ship’s store To book our house, guests must be 25 years old or older; guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. This Awesome Folly Beach Vacation Rental offers the ultimate in comfort and style with Amazing River Views and Incredible Sunsets. Restored to his original 1925 glory, this special home is just 3 blocks from restaurants, shops, bars and coffee shops of lively Center Street and 2 blocks from the ocean. The MaxSwell has 4 bedrooms, 3 with comfy, queen beds and 2 bathrooms with all amenities. The 4th bedroom would be great for kids and has a couch and a bunk bed for kids to sleep, play games or watch movies. Outdoor spaces include a huge deck under the oak tree, a screened in porch & let's not forget the outdoor shower!

Park your car and walk everywhere! You are less than a five minute walk to anything you need, including the beach, restaurants, shopping, and the corner store. The kids will love settling into the bunk room. Or, if you have a few couples traveling together, each room provides more than enough space to enjoy some privacy. The fenced in yard is a great place to let the kids run, enjoy the sun, grill out, or have a few drinks on one of the decks with friends.
