Aparcament gratuït a 30m. 500m de port nàutic i comercial amb platges. A 500m d'illa fantasia. 1400m del circuit de bicis "La poma". 20 km de Barcelona amb autobús directe a 100m. Acollidor apartament amb molta llum i tranquil·litat per la nit. Cuna opcional per nadons i llit anex per tercera persona. Finestres reflex climalit que durant el dia, et deixen veure i mantenen la intimitat interior. Barri amb oferta de restaurants molt econòmica. Tota la resta que necessitis, és possible. parlem-ne!

This historical property is one of the few remaining characteristic houses in the vibrant neighborhood of Barceloneta. It's fully equipped to make your stay comfortable and charming. The location is ideal: it's in the city center and close to all public transports. I grew up in Barcelona and I'll be more than happy give you tips or advices.

The Duplex. Just 30 meters to the sea. Fantastic view of the Ses Negres Marine Reserve, the rocky beach is a 2-min walk away. Fully conditioned/heated. 3 bedrooms (double beds), 2 bathrooms, a living room with a fireplace and a sofa, an equipped kitchen combined with a dining room. A backyard and 2 terraces with magnificent views of the sunrise over the sea and the sound of waves. BBQ party with sea breeze. House swimming pool, garage. Easels for creativity. Garage-no problems with parking.

A simple and well-equipped house in an elegant coastal villa near Barcelona. Next to the beach and the train station. It has two floors and a beautiful terrace with views facing the sea, a kitchen-office, a living-dining room, two double bedrooms, one single bedroom, two bathrooms, and a guest toilet. There are stairs: not suitable for people with reduced mobility in a wheelchair.
