Nice house and comfy beds. The house is on a very busy 4 lane road. It was too loud for us to be outside and enjoy the amenities. The neighboring ATV dealership is literally out the bedroom window, so not as private as we hoped. But, the host was wonderful to work with.

Herve was very responsive to any questions that we had. They have a very nice home that we enjoyed.

Perfect for our short stay! Only notice I would give others and Britt does mention this in the listing but the house is very uneven so I would avoid for the elderly or if you have any sort of ambulatory disability. Otherwise it was perfect for what we needed.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The space was spotless, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive! The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything I wanted to explore. This house is a great option if you plan on going to Jarrod’s place bike park which is roughly a 20 minute drive from the house. After a long day of riding, the hot tub was absolutely perfect for unwinding and relaxing. The garage was also a huge plus, giving us a safe and convenient place to store our bikes. I can’t wait to return! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient getaway, especially for mountain bikers!

This was such a great experience for my family! Absolutely beautiful location, everything was clean, the communication was great, and even in mid July the tents with the mini-split A/C was comfortable. Overall 10/10.

We had anamazing stay. We felt very safe with the gated community (even though the surrounding area does not feel unsafe at all). The place was clean and looked brand new. Extremely close to all things downtown. Would definitely stay again.

We traveled to the area for our daughter’s wedding. Most of us traveling from out of town were able to stay together (10 of us) and we were able to bring our two dogs. They have so much fenced in yard for the dogs that it was more than enough for our very active husky to run and play. The fences are all well maintained so we knew he was safe to run without getting out. They even have a pet door so they could go out to use the bathroom and come in when ready. The home is spacious and was more than enough space for all of us and the hosts were great about letting us have local family join us there so we could all be together before the wedding to hang out. I will definitely be checking to see if this home is available the next time we all have to come down. Having a safe space for ourselves and our dogs is a win-win and so hard to find!

Cindy's house was quaint and inviting. I love the older homes in Rome and this one fit the bill. The furnishings were very comfortable and added to the at-home atmosphere. The decorating was tasteful and uncluttered. Everything we needed was provided in the home. The location was great and the downtown area was easily accessible. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. Cindy was a gracious host and very available. We would rent this home again if it is available.
