Welcome to our house located next to Marthaberry Hwy. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. You will have whole left unit of the duplex to yourself. Renovated turn of the century downtown cottage

Its a cozy 2 bedroom 1 bath home walking distance to downtown Rome with a fenced backyard for privacy and pets. We provide every thing needed to enjoy your stay: sheets, towels, hair dryer, coffee pot, microwave, stove, refrigerator, iron, washer and dryer, 2 TVs with Xfinity Wi-Fi and cable. Our kitchen is your kitchen. Feel free to use our cooking ware, utensils, dishes and appliances as needed. Before checkout, Please put your dishes in the dishwasher and clean up fenced yard, after pets.

Evelyn's Cottage

Make yourself at home at Pickled Brick Farms in this peaceful cottage in the country. Access to 3 ponds (2 with fish), with lots of room to wander and relax in this secluded space. You will hear the sounds of birds, frogs and cicadas, as well as the distant bleating of goats and sheep and clucking chickens. Watch hawks circle overhead and the Great Blue Heron fish in the pond out front. There is a small fenced yard and well-behaved dogs are welcomed! Both hosts live on this 120 acre property.

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Close to town but private, quiet setting. In-ground pool. 3 miles to Broad Street 7.7 miles to Rome Tennis Center 1 mile to Grizzard Park 4 miles to Atrium Floyd Medical Center Pet policy: Up to 2 pets under 30 pounds each will be accepted. The non-refundable fee is $75 per pet per stay. Please make sure to let me know in advance if you will be traveling with pets. Non-disclosed or unapproved pets will result in a $250 fee.
