The East Sac Hive, Guest Studio

The East Sac Hive guest studio is in the center of Sacramento’s finest neighborhood built in the 1920’s, and we are proud to share our city with you. Our studio is quaint and cozy, but offers all of the amenities you would expect in a comfortable space. The micro studio is about 230 square feet and the perfect size for two adults or an adult and child. Maybe you'll even get to see the buzzing activity of our urban bee hive on the roof!

Close to Downtown, Cal Expo, Airport, Sac State, UC, Davis, Discovery Park, and Golden One Center. Hiking Trails and River access close by. Cottage is located centrally 10 minutes from downtown, 10 minutes from the airport and Sacramento State, 5 minutes to the Arden Fair mall. It is a larger cottage style suite with its own entrance. Cozy Guest House in Elk Grove

Brand new, fully furnished, private entrance. Stylish and spacious. The unit is connected to our main home. It is not completely sound proof and there is a possibility you may hear our family on occasion. This is a quiet neighborhood, no pet and party is allowed, requesting our all guests not to make any loud noise….to bring and keep any sort of recording devices is prohibited inside the unit.
