Great house with great location! I would highly recommend this place for any extended stays

This was our third stay. It is an excellent property. Always spotlessly clean. It is comfortable, well located and has everything you need for a stay. Nhi is a wonderful host. Stays in touch often to make sure everything is ok and to see if we have questions. Can't wait to go back.

We loved the location of this house for our weekend getaway. It was walking distance to some great places to eat and bars. The patio out front was nice to sit on and relax during the afternoon. The beds were comfortable and appreciated a good pillow!

Clean place, within walking to midtown, host flexible with changing checkin/checkout times, easy in/out door lock - would recommend to anyone in Sac!

Clean home in a quiet neighborhood. Located just down the street from a large park, grocery store and some restaurants just a couple miles away. Host was prompt to respond to any questions or concerns.

Absolutely beautiful home, well stocked and loved the kids rooms having toys. Backyard was amazing and loved it day and night. Waterfall feature is so peaceful every morning.

My family really enjoyed staying at Sam’s place - the pool was perfect, the house was super clean and comfortable, Sam was responsive with answers to our questions, the beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms were spotless. The open space right next to the house was a highlight for taking morning walks.

Gorgeous private hidden oasis, stunning heated pool with waterfall, amazing main house, and an incredible pool house all under a canopy of trees. Such a tranquil and wonderful experience. Located seconds from historic downtown Folsom and in a gem of a historic neighborhood. Was able to bring my dogs and my husband and I chose to solely retreat to the fabulous pool house. We had smart cooling / heating, 1 large bathroom with bath tub shower, a half bath in the living room with a gigantic smart tv, a beautiful large dining table with chairs and a bench, a wonderful kitchen with an island, two large balconies, and a gigantic king bed with wood bed frame, also a washer and dryer. The main house was just as phenomenal and bigger, however we chose to stay in the pool house because it was more intimate and cozy for just me, my husband, and dogs. Douglas was an outstanding host and the property is an absolute treasure. I will come back again and will add to my secret list of Airbnbs.

Sheila’s home is truly magical. Every detail of the space is thoughtful, warm, and inviting. It’s clear how much love and care went into creating such a peaceful retreat. From the cozy interiors to the beautiful surroundings, everything exceeded our expectations. Sheila was communicative, kind, and welcoming from start to finish. We left feeling recharged and already dreaming of our next stay. A truly special place hosted by a truly special person.

Loved this place. So peaceful and quiet. The house was so nice and clean. Everything in the descriptions was accurate. Stayed for a weekend with my family and pets. We really couldn’t spend time outside in the backyard because of the rain, but the when it stopped raining for a bit we did go out and saw how pretty it was. It has a nice grass area and lots of trees. I would stay in this house when I visit Sacramento again.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The home was everything described in the listing and even better. The kitchen was very nice, the living room was cozy, and the back patio leading to the backyard was a great space to relax. The grill worked perfectly, which was a great bonus. I also appreciated having access to the garage, and being provided with two garage openers made things super convenient. The house was well taken care of, the neighborhood was peaceful with friendly neighbors, and the host’s communication was excellent. Everything about this stay was perfect, and I would absolutely come back again!

As expected. Nice and quiet! Instructions were clear and Christian was very responsive and even proactive into reaching out to make sure we enjoyed our stay! Was perfect for its use. Comfy bed, clear instructions for everything & never heard or saw a car come in or out! Didn’t even look like anyone was ever home in the main house in front! Definitely enjoyed the stay and would stay here again when visiting or passing through Sacramento!

This place was exactly what we were looking for!We traveled out for the CIM Sacramento Marathon and brought my 90 year old grandparents with us. The house was accessible for my grandparents and big enough for each of us to have our own space! We had enough parking for both of our cars and it was not a far drive to downtown. Henry provided all necessary information prior to arrival and was responsive throughout the stay! We would definitely recommend this place or stay again for another Sacramento trip!!!

We enjoyed five nights at Irina’s AirB&B. We frequently visit family living in Davis so we need a comfortable accommodation during each visit. Irina’s house was spacious, clean, comfortable and perfect for our needs. The host included some generous and thoughtful extra touches to make our visit to Davis memorable. This was my second stay at Tam’s place. Her home is beautiful and feels like home away from home. We look forward to staying in the future.
