Located on a private island (*boat access only) in the intracoastal waterway, VIP Island is minutes from Melbourne & only a 1.5 hr drive from Orlando. The perfect spot for fishing, paddling or just to relax and enjoy seaside living. The home is 2 story Cape Cod style beach house located on the northern tip of the island. Surrounded by water and plenty of beach, it's the perfect spot to enjoy the sunrise and sunset.  Kick off your shoes, bring your bathing suit and enjoy!
