The Dolphin House

3-bedroom, 2-bath home, located in the Bayshore community, easy access to Alsea River to the east and the sandy beaches to the west walk to the ocean beach, bay beach, seasonal pool. ( FEE FOR SEASONAL HEATED POOL). Home is centrally located. You can see a lot in just a short trip yet still feel relaxed and away from it all. PET FRIENDLY-with approval. Boats or RV's are not allowed to be parked at the home - HOA rules. There is short term storage and the marina available to keep them nearby.

Oceanfront Cozy Cabin with Private Backyard Beach

Our family beach house is located in the Bayshore Beach Club neighborhood of Waldport, OR with the Pacific Ocean out the back door. The house has its own little protected beach area in the backyard out of the wind. The upstairs has two bedrooms with king sized beds, a great room, kitchen and dining area. The master bedroom has a new shower with two shower heads and a sliding door out to the back patio. Downstairs is a perfect hang out space. There's a sitting area, TV, bunk bed and queen bed.

On the beach-light bright open spacious-Come!

BAY/BRIDGE DECK TO SEE SUNRISE - BACK DECK TO SEE SUNSETS! GET TO THE BEACH! It is spectacular! What can I say? You will literally step off the back deck and you on the sand! This awesome home is ocean front with direct beach access and peek a boo ocean views. Sunsets are incredible and the beach is wide open for exploring. Comfortable and Cozy ~and your well behaved family dog is welcome! The home is spacious, cozy, clean...tons of amenities.
