This duplex cottage has two bedrooms: one with a queen bed, and one with two queen beds. The great room offers spectacular views and a full kitchen, and there’s a spacious deck with a private hot tub. When it’s cold, enjoy the gas fireplace - and there’s AC for if you want to keep the curtains open on the massive windows facing the Pacific on a sunny day. Cape Cod Cottages are located directly on Big Stump Beach, with miles of sand in each direction. Waldport - a great location for crabbing and clamming - is just to the North. You can rent boats to try crabbing from Dock of the Bay or McKinley’s Oregon Coast Marina, and at low tide, you can go clamming in the mud near the bridge. The quant town of Yachats is a few miles to the South, with great restaurants, and a beautiful rocky coastline full of tidepools at low tide. The Newport Aquarium is 30 minutes to the North, and you can explore the Sand Dunes 45 minutes to the south by foot, rented ATV, or guided tour. Need space for family & friends? With a peak of the ocean from the yard, don’t be surprised if you see deer meandering by. Relax and restore in our 2 person hot tub located in the backyard. It’s an easy ¼ mile walk into town if you like to dine out, or want to enjoy the beach. On chillier evenings, settle in by the woodstove ( first bundle of wood is provided) with a warm beverage.

Walk to Jerry's, a friendly local pub with a pool table, juke box, full bar, and darn good food! We love the Driftwood Shores little Market & Deli for a beverage or quick bite. With the ocean, lakes, river, sand dunes and lush environment there's good reason that Florence is called "Oregon's Coastal Playground!" Need a separate workspace? We've got that too.

We love our home, and we know you will too. Seagrass is a perfect place to relax and unwind on a quick getaway or an extended stay. Bring your furry friends, DOGS only- no cats -(up to two), with our approval and a fee of $25 per pooch. Please note that in order to keep our house friendly to non-pet owners alike, we do not allow dogs on furniture.
