Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Florenz, Simone war sehr nett und wir konntetn sogar früher einchecken das war seeehr nett und hat uns vieles erleichtert. Simone hat sich auch während dem Aufenthalt nach unserem Befinden erkundigt. Der Parkplatz befindet sich nocht auf dem Grundstück aber es gab viele Möglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe zu parkieren.

Het huis is geweldig, rustig gelegen, op ideale afstand voor het ontdekken van het mooie Toscane, tip : San Gimignano is top!! Chianti route is zalig!! Firenze veel te druk... Angela is super, hartelijk ontvangen, geeft tips voor restaurants in de buurt en altijd bereikbaar, top gastvrouw!!

From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to make us feel welcome — offering great local recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed. The property itself was charming, peaceful, and perfectly situated for exploring the area. We truly felt at home and appreciated all the thoughtful touches. Daniela and Miruna were great hosts! They were very welcoming and had fabulous recommendations for the surrounding area. The place we stayed in was secluded and very homey, with beautiful picturesque surroundings, as you would imagine Tuscanny to have. When entering the grounds you are welcomed by many beautiful cypress trees and the home we stayed in was overlooking a beautiful landscape. It was exactly as we pictured it to be. During our stay we were able to visit many towns that we had on our bucket list. Some of the towns that we visited were a bit far from the location, so depending on where you'd like to visit, you may need to plan for that, but it was always the most beautiful drive and it really showcased the beauty of Tuscanny. We were able to take some stunning pictures along our journeys each day! I would highly recommend this home if it fits into your travel plans.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property just outside Florence. The location was perfect—peaceful and scenic, yet only a short drive to the center. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and full of character, with breathtaking views of the Tuscan countryside. Antonio was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. It was the perfect base for exploring Florence and the surrounding area. Highly recommended—we would absolutely stay here again!

Super nice hosts, excellent place, located fairly close to bus and train station, free protected parking space. Excellent value. Fully recommend.

Honestly if we could give six stars we would. Incredible scenery, the house is surrounded by vineyards as long as you can see and you are free to walk in them. The apartment is part of the owners house but there is a separate entrance and garden and terrace so it’s really like its own place. We got lots and lots of local tips from the nonno at the house who showed us all the wineries we had to visit. He also brought us a couple of bottles when we said we were looking for the local stuff. 10/10s! There is a giant dog (teddy bear) at the house called Spike who loves people and good pets:)) Tuscan dream achieved✅ Only thing to beware of is the road you choose up to the property. Google maps first led us up a really steep mud hill, with lots of bumps. That’s not the main road up; be careful with your cars;) if you keep going around the hill, there is a nice paved road all the way up.

Wir hatten wundere 12 Tage in Monsummano. Das Haus liegt optimal um die Toscana zu erkunden. Die Lage ist eifach top! Zu Fuss erreicht man gute Restaurants, Eisdielen und Cafés. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiter empfehlen und Kommunikation mit Daniele war spitzenmässig!! Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt! 👌😀👍

Very comfortable, clean and well equipped apartment. Hosts were very easy to communicate with. Frequent bus service to city centre but also local restaurants and cafes if you want a break from the busy city centre. Supermarket next door is very handy for basics.

Alessandro’s place was the best airbnb I’ve stayed at :) It was in a beautiful area (about a half hour on public transport from the train station), was absolutely spotless, and had great amenities. Alessandro is also a great host :)

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad. Het uitzicht was echt prachtig en Chiara was zeer vriendelijk, behulpzaam en gastvrij. De kinderen konden heerlijk spelen in de mooie ruime tuin.

comfortable and spacious apartment in a quiet yet convenient and beautiful neighborhood of oltrarno. My family stayed here for a week and found it to be the perfect location for our second time in Florence. Walkable to restaurants, cafes, grocery, enotecas, and markets. The outdoor patio, kitchen, and living room were great for us and our baby.

Giulietta und ihre Familie haben uns sehr zuvorkommend behandelt und uns herzlich aufgenommen. Wir sind leider sehr verspätet angekommen, unter Umständen die wir nicht beeinflussen konnten. Giuliettas Mann hat extra spät in der Nacht auf uns gewartet. Alles weitere konnten wir am nächsten Tag klären. Alle unsere Fragen wurden geklärt und leider fehlte das warme Wasser, was aber umgehend behoben wurde. Leider konnten wir nur zwei Nächte in dieser Unterkunft verbringen, da wir auf der Durchreise bei Freunden in der Umgebung zu Besuch waren. Wir können die Unterkunft empfehlen und würden wieder buchen. Man muss einfach wissen, dass die Strassen zum Haus recht abenteuerlich sind. Aber man gewöhnt sich daran. :-) Vielen Dank für all das Verständnis und Entgegenkommen!

We had a wonderful stay here. It’s a small apartment but the location was perfect! Easy walk to Uffizi and Arno river and all the shopping and attractions. Apartment was clean and as photos appeared.

Der Check-In war sehr entspannt und spontan. Super zu erreichen und ein echt sympathischer Kerl. Wir waren mit unseren Motorrädern da und Ricardo hat sich super darum gekümmert das alles in Sicherheit steht und sogar Werkzeug bei einer kleinen Panne vorbei gebracht. Das Haus an sich war rustikal aber sehr passend eingerichtet. Es war alles vorhanden von Töpfen und Pfannen bis hin zu Bettwäsche und Handtüchern. Es ist und bleibt ein kleines, rustikales Häuschen in der Toskana. Was will man mehr. Unsere Truppe würde jederzeit wieder kommen. Danke für den netten Aufenthalt!

La tana del porcospino è immersa nel verde, cercavamo pace e tranquillità ed è stato così. Purtroppo non ci siamo potuti godere il portico perché la giornata era grigia ma sono convinta che nel periodo estivo sia un piccolo paradiso con la piscina, il barbecue e tutto il verde circostante. Abbiamo trovato la casa pulita e provvista di tutto perfino la padella per le castagne, il bagno spazioso e con un antibagno utilissimo per le valigie. Arrivarci è facile e Massimo è stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile, davvero una persona squisita. Un soggiorno da consigliare.

God is in the details. Il Grande Prato is a wonderful place that offers you al the comfort you wish : a huge domain with several nice spots to sit, chill and enjoy the great views. The garden, the cottages, the pool, everything is well done with an eye for the details. Giulia and her people are very friendly and helpful and make you feel at ease the whole time. Also the dinners we've enjoyed in this unique setting were fantastic.
