Notre studio dispose de sa propre entrée et est complètement indépendant. Notre « suite invités » est attenante à notre logement, fraîchement rénovée, au rez-de-chaussée et dispose d’une terrasse fraîche. Ce studio est équipé d’un coin lit, une salle de douche, un kitchenette, et une zone salon où le canapé se déplie en lit double. Notre quartier est résidentielle et calme. Il est bien connecté aux transports en communs (bus 95, bus 34, bus 36 et le tram 81). Nous sommes localisés à Etterbeek.

Midden in het groen gelegen met mooie wandelpaden en mountainbikenetwerk in de buurt. 1 slaapkamer met queensize bed,2 kamers met kingsize bedden. Reisbedje voor kind is voorzien. In de living staat een grote hoekbank en eetgelegenheid voor 10 personen. In de tuin heb je zicht op de paarden... Apart terras met loungeset Verhuur van 2 elektrische fietsen ter plaatse. BBQ & uitgebreid ontbijt op aanvraag mogelijk.

The Mayor Guesthouse

Welcome in The Mayor Guesthouse! The room is situated on the 3rd & private floor (so not a private apartment). Big room with private bathroom in the city centre of Leuven. Close to the Ladeuze square and train station. Extra big king-size bed with sofa and 4K TV and desk. Closed, private parking lot available in the building at no extra cost (let us know if you need the parking). If you are on a city trip or traveling for work, this is the place to be! No smoking allowed in the building.

Jullie verblijven in een nieuw appartementje op de eerste verdieping van ons huis. De voordeur (door ons weinig gebruikt) en de hall zijn gemeenschappelijk. Het appartement beschikt over twee slaapkamers met elk een tweepersoonsbed (160cm), een leefruimte met ingebouwde keuken, badkamer met douche in bad en apart toilet. Een babybed, hoge babystoel, 1 triptrapstoel en een luiertafel staan ter beschikking. Onze wasmachine en droogkast staat ter beschikking na overleg.
