Situated in the NC Blue Ridge Mountains, our cozy log cabin is perfect for a couple's private escape yet just roomy enough for a small family's nature adventure. Convenient to Boone, West Jefferson, the Blue Ridge Parkway and the New River, you have access to quaint mountain towns and popular outdoor destinations. Dog friendly to all well behaved pups. A high clearance 4WD vehicle is necessary during snow/inclement weather.

“Worth's Place" is located in the breathtaking Appalachian Mountains of Ashe County, North Carolina. This charming 1930's farmhouse sits in the locale of a "retired" 180+ acre dairy farm and is roughly 15-20 minutes away from Boone/Jefferson. If you enjoy mountain scenery, hiking trails, or any outdoor activities, Ashe County is the place to visit! NOTE: The farmhouse only has ONE BATHROOM and it is located INSIDE BEDROOM #1 (bathroom is not accessible via any other rooms besides bedroom #1).

Hurricane Helene Update: We are incredibly fortunate that our property did not suffer damage from the storm and the main roads to and from our home are accessible. Internet and power have been restored, and our property is ready to offer a lovely refuge for anyone needing a temporary place to stay. We are devastated by the losses experienced in Western NC and encourage any locals to reach out with a message prior to booking if you want to spend a few days at the Hemlock. We want to help.

Our space, a custom build from HGTV-featured tiny house builder Randy Jones, is on a ridge with unparalleled, 270-degree views of Grandfather Mountain, all three area ski resorts, on into Tennessee and Virginia's Mount Rogers. We're located 20 minutes from Boone and 15 to West Jefferson, and even closer to the Blue Ridge Parkway and New River activities like fishing and tubing. If you've considered downsizing, or you just want to give living tiny a try for a getaway, this is the place!

Cottage is situated overlooking gentle pastures and long range mountain views. A perfect front porch setting for those North Carolina Mountain sunsets offering a peaceful relaxing experience. The surrounding wildlife, forested area, hiking trails, and bold streams make this an adventurous getaway for the whole family. The Blue Ridge Parkway and New River are minutes away for fishing, biking and river fun. Boone, Jefferson, Appalachian State University are less then 12 miles near.

A sweet suite located a couple minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway on top of a quiet grass hill. We have created a cozy, peaceful, beautiful, restful, creative, luxury space for you to relax and enjoy. You will sleep well on a high-end king bed with plenty of pillows and blankets to choose from. We have a couch and 44” roku tv. We have a hotel style kitchenette with Keurig coffee, microwave, and mini-fridge. Downtown Boone: 14 min Blowing Rock: 22 min West Jefferson: 22 min

Our Happy Little Hut

Come and stay in our unique quonset hut just 15 minutes to Boone! This is a half circle metal building turned into a unique tiny home cabin experience. This 400 sq ft space has everything you need including a bedroom, bathroom and upstairs kids loft. The main area has colorful wood details and an accent wall with 100 year old barn wood right from our own farm. The water is straight from a natural spring up our mountain. This space is ideal for couples, and two kids.
