It is 3 miles from down town Col. Falls, MT and 30 minutes from Kalispell, MT and Big Fork, MT. Whitefish, MT is 20 minutes away. It is a very cute hobby farm area with beautiful views of Teakettle and Columbia Mtn ranges. Owners are onsite. Sorry no pets. Nonsmoking facility. Plenty of space for snow cats and trailers.

The only land in between our farm and the lake is a waterfowl preserve. Plenty of wildlife on the property and it is a wonderful spot to enjoy Flathead Valley.

No parking in the garage it is an extension of the home mudroom and storage space for guests. 10 acer property is 28 miles to West glacier, 12 miles to Kalispell and Bigfork. Pets cannot be left unattended in the home during the day, no fence yard.
