COUNTRY GUESTHOUSE: Looking for a quiet get away in a country environment close to the Black Hills, Ellsworth Airforce Base, the Event Center and Regional Airport in Rapid City? We are near several attractions including Mt. Rushmore, Reptile Gardens, Bear Country, Badlands, plus many more. We also have several animals on our property including horses, dogs, cats and wildlife such as antelope. It involves a private entrance with a rustic atmosphere and open concept with all modern amenities.

This is Josh and Christie's basement studio apartment. There is a separate entrance that you have to yourself. We are just a 5-min walk from downtown, so you can easily walk to dinner, tour downtown, and check out Rapid City. Sitting high above Mt Rushmore Road, light from 3 windows makes you feel above ground. Our back patio is nice for relaxing, and our location is convenient. Also, easily access Mount Rushmore Road and Interstate 90. This home has recently been updated and is ready for your stay! Did we mention there is a private heated indoor pool!

Rose Building - Apt 1

Perfect place for any length of stay! On the boarder of both the Downtown and West Blvd Residential Historic Districts. Steps away from multiple dining and entertainment options. One of the only buildings in the area with owned off-street parking. The 2nd floor of the Rose Building was converted from offices to apartments in 2022. You can walk to The Monument for a concert, the bike path and parks, Main Street Square. The perfect place to relax after a day exploring the Black Hills.

Flat 6 - East of 5th District, Downtown Rapid City

Artsy and creative loft-style apartment located in the up and coming East of 5th District, just one block from downtown Rapid City. This space has soaring ceilings, private uncovered parking, all the amenities of home and is clean and well-cared for. I live on the completely separated lower levels of the home so you can enjoy the upper levels all to yourself!

Additional fee will be added if cat is “snuck” into the home!. The yard is fully fenced and there is plenty of off street parking as well as use of a garage. ( Caution! Low Clearance).
