Our cozy Alaskan cabin is located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from the wild backcountry of Hatcher Pass, Skeetawk ski area, and the gorgeous cross country ski and downhill bike trails of Government Peak Recreation area. It is the ideal adventure landing-pad with all the warm comforts of home you would need after a big day in the wilderness. Palmer and Wasilla are a mere 10 and 15 minute drive in either direction with groceries, amenities and unique local dining options in abundance.

The cabin feels secluded and peaceful, yet is in a central location close to all the Palmer/Wasilla area has to offer and also a quick drive to Anchorage. Enjoy some local coffee or tea on the deck, admire art by local Alaskan artists, and sit by the fireplace and read a book by an Alaskan author. You are sure to be cozy in this home away from home.

Located near outdoor recreational spots like Hatcher Pass, this place is ideal for everyone.

Cottage at Rose Ridge

The Cottage is a modern Vacation home near Palmer, AK. Situated on 10 acres of forest we frequently have mostly harmless moose wander through the yard. The Cottage can sleep up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms one with a king size bed and the other with a queen size bed. (Comfortable inflatable bed available upon request). Rose Ridge is 15 minutes from Palmer at the base of beautiful Hatcher Pass. Wasilla is 25 minutes and Anchorage is 1 hour away. We are close to area attractions and activities.

A small cabin built like a studio apartment. Very roomy and homey — quaint, quiet and simple. There’s a garden with fresh greens and herbs for your enjoyment and world class hiking and skiing within 10 minutes. Palmer and Wasilla are 15 minutes away. There’s a large parking area and shed with fun outdoor gear to use, as well as a wood burning cedar sauna. Though we ask that you request/message before using it. Want pets? We are 30 minutes from downtown Anchorage, 10 minutes from the nearest store, and only 5 minutes off the Glenn Highway - but the views will make you feel like you travelled much further into the woods.
