Spacious Condo, 200 meters from the beach, this trendy 2 bedroom 1 bathroom ground floor apartment has a sunny, private courtyard with BBQ, good security & safe parking. It has been a highly rated Airbnb since 2021. Now under new owners, you will still be welcomed by existing super host, Mike, who still manages the flat. This is a small, modern complex close to shops, beaches, Kalk Bay and Clovelly Golf Course. The apartment is equipped with back up power & UPS to deal with "load shedding".

Bay View apartment offers quality accommodation high up on the Fish Hoek Mountain providing spectacular views of False Bay, the Atlantic Ocean in the west and surrounding mountains. Guests enjoy two spacious bedrooms, an open plan lounge, dining/working area, a fully equipped kitchen with quality appliances, private patio and communal pool all with spectacular views, a modern bathroom (shower no bath), WiFi and premium DSTV. Not ideal for small children as close supervision is required.

No load shedding at this house! Spectacular ocean views and amazing sunrises make this 3 bedroom, 3 bath house an oasis of note! Centrally located in False Bay, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, beaches, nature walks, hikes, vineyards, and shopping delights... you would be hard pressed to venture further. With unlimited Wi-Fi, full domestic appliances, DSTV, Netflix and Prime Video...who could want more? We are now fully equipped with Solar power to ensure uninterrupted electricity.

Entire apartment unit with cozy rocky interior

With it's contemporary design, rock-rustic features incorporated with stunning elevated views of the Fish Hoek area and modern amenities, the Carved rock provides a tranquil, earthy grounding sensation that brings about comfort and relaxation to all guests. Special thought had gone into the process of accommodating each guest for either business or leisure. This listing is located on a quiet secluded gravel road on a mountain and not ideal for those who demand fast conveniences.

Bay Vista Spectacular

Spacious self catering house with spectacular sea views and within walking distance of the beach. Situated conveniently in SunnyCove, Fish Hoek, between Kalk Bay and Simonstown. Family friendly beach, safe swimming and great for water sports. Secure off street parking behind remote controlled gates. Alarm linked to armed response and a panic button. There are steps from the parking to the house. Unfortunately this property is not safe for small children due to the high balcony.
