This luxury, secure apartment is situated in the fully refurbished New Kings Hotel (dating back to 1882) within the prestigious Majestic Village and in the heart of Kalk Bay. It boasts beautiful furnishings ,with uninterrupted sea and quaint harbour views and is a short walk from multiple popular destinations like Dangers Beach and Dalebrook Tidal Pool, surf spots, art galleries, and iconic restaurants. Away from the bustle of the Main Road and situated right on the beach, our second floor apartment is a warm, homely and attractive space in which to relax and unwind. It can accommodate couples or a family. Its big picture windows overlook Fish Hoek beach and offer magnificent views of early sunrises and evening moon rises. This popular seaside spot has soft sand, fabulous safe swimming and long walks. We want you to settle into the space we have created so you feel comfortable and at home.

Windsor House

Windsor House, recently restored by Genevieve and Peter, on the first floor of the building, is an exquisite 19th century apartment situated in the absolute heart of Kalk Bay village, overlooking the lively and historic Kalk Bay Harbour. With grand views across the azure sea of False Bay to the magnificent Hottentots Holland mountain range, Windsor House is a treat. We have just added a strong inverter and batteries to the establishment. This provides power back up during load shedding.

Romantic Studio Apartment above Fish Hoek beach

Perfect for couples, this romantic, brightly decorated apartment has a beach view balcony with table, chairs and a hammock. It also includes an en suite shower and toilet, Queen size bed, living room and a fully equipped kitchenette. We have a solar panel system to circumvent load-shedding. Free carport parking, wi fi and DSTV Compact is included, and there is a laundry service provided at reasonable prices. There are three flights of stairs from street level down to the apartment.

Our studio apartment opens up onto a 40sq meter balcony with a panoramic view of the Hout Bay Valley and the Helderberg mountains beyond. Large sliding doors disappear into the walls creating an unimpeded indoor/outdoor flow while the elevated position protects your privacy. The open plan bathroom faces onto an enclosed secret garden which includes a frame-less glass shower. The unit has a fully equipped kitchenette and is serviced daily except weekends and public holidays.
