Beautiful cottage circa. 1904 is conveniently located in The West Blvd Historic Neighborhood near downtown. This lovely historic home features 10.5 ft ceilings and has two large bedrooms, living room, dinning room, sunroom, screened back porch, two patios, fenced backyard, original oak floors, claw foot tub and more. The property is just a few blocks from the city center so you can walk to many restaurants & shops, as well as easy driving access to Mt Rushmore and other Black Hills attractions.

118 Main Street apartment 8 - Spend your days exploring but relax in Rapid City! Newly remodeled apartments just a short walk from everything down town; Main Street Square, local restaurants/bars/coffee, bike paths, entertainment, School of Mines. Washer and dryer in unit, full kitchen, smart TV, sleeper sofa with a foam mattress. I put sleeps 4, but make sure your 4 know of the sleeping situation! There is enough space for 4 people, that would mean 2 on the king bed and 2 on the sleeper.

Cozy Apartment Minutes from Downtown w/Fenced Yard

This is Josh and Christie's basement studio apartment. There is a separate entrance that you have to yourself. We are just a 5-min walk from downtown, so you can easily walk to dinner, tour downtown, and check out Rapid City. Sitting high above Mt Rushmore Road, light from 3 windows makes you feel above ground. Our back patio is nice for relaxing, and our location is convenient. We are pet-friendly with a fully fenced yard! Are we booked? Check out our upstairs space "Modern Meets Cozy"

*Please be sure to read all house information! Welcome to Mary Jo's Place, a charming 1950s Rapid City home! Sleeping six with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Located near the Historic West Boulevard in the center of Rapid City! A great location with nearby parks, walking and hiking trails, grocery, and restaurants. Also, easily access Mount Rushmore Road and Interstate 90. This home has recently been updated and is ready for your stay! Did we mention there is a private heated indoor pool!

Western-Style apartment with off-street parking

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located basement apartment. The Central States Fairground, The Monument Civic Center, downtown Rapid City, and Rushmore Crossing are all within a 10 minute drive. We do have full-time tenants on the property with dogs. Some noise should be expected. The pets have their own dedicated space and contact with the pets should be minimal, if at all. We have one security camera located outside the entrance to the apartment.

Flat 6 - East of 5th District, Downtown Rapid City

Artsy and creative loft-style apartment located in the up and coming East of 5th District, just one block from downtown Rapid City. This space has soaring ceilings, private uncovered parking, all the amenities of home and is clean and well-cared for. Harriet & Oak is just around the corner (in the same building) and offers a great selection of coffee and food. Close to everything with easy access to tourist sights and main highways. Unfortunately, parties and/or pets are NOT allowed.

Apartment comes with 2 bedrooms: a queen and full size bed. Enjoy streaming on the Samsung Smart TV with included wifi. Upper two levels of my four level mid-century modern home with private entrances! Located in a quiet cul-de-sac near the foothills of the Black Hills and ~10 min from downtown Rapid City. This property features ample living space, a fully equipped kitchen with complimentary breakfast, plenty of natural light and a spacious back yard. It includes two bedrooms and one bathroom. I live on the completely separated lower levels of the home so you can enjoy the upper levels all to yourself!

Black Hills Getaway

Rest and recharge at your Black Hills get away in this newly finished apartment. Enjoy the walk-in shower with 2 shower heads and then get a soothing night sleep on the top of the line mattress produced by Nectar. Kick back at the end of your night by trying out the retro arcade game or watching a movie accompanied by your own bucket of popcorn from the popcorn maker and supplies provided. All of this is centrally located within driving distance to all the sites and attractions!
