Whether you’re soaking in the spa, watching a movie, or lounging w/ a cup of local coffee, this space will allow you to slow down & feel at home.

Proctor Cottage (Queen Bed; Private Parking)

A cozy bungalow very close to the highly-desirable Proctor and 6th Avenue districts, offering many restaurants, bars and nightlife. Private studio space includes queen-sized bed, full bathroom (with laundry included), large eat-in kitchen with all cookware and utensils provided, and single car parking right out your front door. Charming private outdoor courtyard area is the perfect place to spend quiet time with your gourmet coffee or favorite wine. This property is NOT pet friendly.

Chambers Bay House in the Trees

Mid Century Modern inspired oasis overlooking forested Kobayashi Park and Chambers Creek - well used in summer. Designed by renowned Tacoma architect Russell Garrison, this home boasts original charm with floor-to-ceiling windows and large wrap-around deck. Our home is located in Central Tacoma. It is fully furnished with 2 beds, an open living & dining room, fully stocked kitchen, full bathroom & outdoor firepit area with a grill. This is the top level of a home that has been turned into a duplex. We rent out both spaces on Airbnb and the backyard is a shared space between both rentals! We use surveillance cameras around the exterior of the home for security. There are no cameras in the home as that would violate Airbnb’s policy.
