Modern Studio - AC & Private Entrance

This is the newly remodel studio has its private entrance from the back of the main house. The entire electrical and plumbing systems were replaced and updated to assure our guests safety and clean water usage. There is also a separate temperature control heat/ac for this Studio unit that would guarantee our guests’ comfort during the stay. King size bed, with Medium Firm mattress. Sofa bed could turn into queen bed. A full functional kitchen that is very clean and has all new stainless steel appliances. Bathroom is equipped with top-of-the-line fixtures such as Grohe and Toto that you would only encounter in a luxury hotel. Basic soap, shampoo/conditioner, detergent are provided as well.

This beautiful, newly built Proctor / North End gem has one bedroom and a spacious loft. Quiet and private, yet only three short blocks to all that Proctor has to offer (dining, shopping, farmers market, bars, groceries and more!) and just a half mile from the UPS Campus. You'll be within a few miles of the hospitals, which makes this a great location for traveling medical staff. If you enjoy nightlife, we are a three-minute drive to the 6th Ave District, and seven minute drive to Point Ruston.

Vashon Clam Cove Cottage Waterfront with Views

Great 180 degree Views from south end of Vashon Island. Spectacular views of Mt. Rainier and Pt. Defiance. Tacoma city and Commencement Bay lights up views at night while Pt. Defiance is dark. This cozy 1 bedroom has a king size bed, 1 bath with a shower and unique 1/2 size tub. The views are amazing from the bedroom, kitchen and living area. At high tide you feel like you are on a boat. Access to our private boat ramp for kayak, SUP, or other small watercraft. Come enjoy being on the water!

Blue Goose is located at the historic Babich-Bailey Netshed, within easy walking distance of all Gig Harbor has to offer. Use the kayaks to paddle around Gig Harbor--or paddle to the Tides Tavern or Anthony's seafood for lunch! Complete with two en suite staterooms, a cozy living room, and a view of sunsets and Mount Rainier! Please read the "Guest access" section for property use restrictions. Point Defiance/Ruston; extra clean, self check in!

Nestled between city and nature, Pt Defiance Quarters overlooks the Puget Sound at the entrance to 5 mile drive. Enjoy coffee on the covered porch while watching the ferry come in! Unwind in this bright, spacious studio, sleeping in the cozy, queen size bed. Less than a mile away you’ll find the Pt Ruston waterfront – enjoy a movie, eat, shop, play. An even shorter walk in the other direction will take you to our award winning zoo, beautiful rose and dahlia gardens, and peaceful duck pond.

Ranger's Hideout at Whitman Lake, Mount Rainier

Perched over Whitman Lake, escape with a cold beverage on your large deck that makes you feel "within the trees." Surrounded by old growth cedars, watch as the resident bald eagles take turns diving into the lake for their lunchtime snack. Walk down the railroad tie stairs and through our "naturally" landscaped yard to find your private dock with a kayak that is free for guests. Whitman Lake is just ~45 min south of Tacoma and ~45 min north of MRNP... a perfect home base for your adventures.

Looking for a quiet place to get away “glamp” - our special cabin is the place for you. The cabin is SMALL and cozy. It features a queen bed in upstairs sleeping loft as well as a couch that pulls out into a double size sleeper, covered kitchen & private hot shower located OUTSIDE. There's an easy-to-use Incenelet toilet. Someone will meet you to go over check-in when you arrive. We allow you to bring 2 dogs for a $50 fee each.
