Come soak in our custom 8 person jacuzzi on the huge patio,m with thoughtfully it’s appointed outdoor lounging area and fire pit. Watch the golden sunset in the evening, and star gaze at night.

Winter time...you can bask in the glow of your fireplace or sit out and gaze at the stars in front of your outdoor fire pit! Spring/summer enjoy colorful gardens and meals picked out of your own backyard....you may cook, or allow me to prep a meal and serve you at your own bistro table. Quiet and peaceful...feels very far away but Kville is just a mile up the road with with numerous wine tasting rooms, restaurants, brewery, shops and LOTS of live music, birding, hiking, fishing, gambling.

Charming 2 bedroom cottage in downtown Lakeport right by the lake and Library Park. Completely remodeled, fully equipped kitchen, wifi, tv, AC in all bedrooms, bbq, off street parking in 60 ft. driveway for boats. Located near 3rd st. and 5th st. boat ramps, walk to restaurants, bakery, ice cream parlour, antique stores, shops, museum, park and playground. Includes 2 single person kayaks and 2 bicycles! Bring your fishing poles and fish from the pier! Super comfy! Perfect location!

This is a cozy guestroom attached to the garage on our stunning half-acre lakefront, tree-studded property. The bedroom (double bed) and bath are quite small (not room for much luggage), but perfect for a few nights stay. We have two chairs and a little table set up right outside, and there are other relaxing spots. Check-in time is normally 3:00, but can be earlier with prior approval. We also rent out our house on occasion. They are 2 separate places non attached.

Welcome to the Konocti Lake House! Located on the west side of Lakeport on the water. This house is ideal for groups of anglers or anyone looking for a quiet and scenic neighborhood to relax near the lake. There is easy parking for three truck/boat combos in the front with ample outdoor lighting. Amazing scenery with a land preserve and views of Mount Konocti. This house is very cozy and comfortable and has everything you could need to enjoy a vacation to Clearlake.

Studio Cottage on Saffron Farm

Our open plan cottage studio has lovely views of our walnut orchard, historic barn and fields. Enjoy sunset over the neighboring vineyards from your private deck. We are a mile down the road from a lovely State park, that is if you ever want to leave our tranquil little farm. Also nearby are wineries, hiking trails up a dormant volcano, and California's largest and oldest lake. Our farm is featured in the September 2022 issue of Sunset magazine. Check it out!

Welcome to the Konocti Lake House! We have designed the house with the angler in mind. We are centrally located, right on the water in Lakeport with breath taking views of Mt. Konocti & Clear Lake. The lake house is well equipped with multiple sleeping arrangements, which includes, 1 queen, 4 twin beds, 2 twin floor mattress. The kitchen is fully stocked. The patio overlooks the channel, it’s a peaceful spot to enjoy the evenings. We hope you enjoy your stay!
