New and tastefully furnished, perfect for those looking for a relaxing and high standard accommodation. The stylish apartment is very close from the main beach (foinikoudes) and can comfortably accommodate 4 up to 5 guests and even 6 with an additional single bed in the living room! Is found on the first floor (with lift)heading with only 8 mins easy walk to the beautiful beach and 6 mins walk to the main bus stop. The strategic position will allow you to very easily walk to all major points.

The apartment consists of a large comfy queen-size bed, a modern fully-equipped kitchen, and a sunlit living room with a smart 45-inch screen, a sofa bed that can be turned into a full queen-size bed to acquire a 3rd guest.

YES WE HAVE A BRAND NEW LIFT! YES THE BUILDING HAS BEEN RENOVATED! YES WE ARE APPROVED AND LICENCED by the Cyprus Deputy Ministry of Tourism. Our place is a very bright, airy & breezy comfortable apartment of 125 m2. Very large balconies with stunning panoramic view to all of Larnaca Bay with amazing Sunrises and Sunsets! Twenty meters to the sea which is very clean, warm, and quite safe for children.
