Located 25 minutes from the airport and nestled in the hills of Maracas valley, this cabin is just a 7 minute drive from the trail head of the highest waterfall in Trinidad at 300 feet and 3 minute drive from the hummingbird sanctuary. Also located nearby is the Ortinola estate where you can make your own chocolate and Horses Helping Humans that offer horseback riding. Please feel free to ask about airport transfers and additional tours of the island that we offer.

The cottage itself is located at the end of a small local community and the backyard transitions into the rainforest. This home is a perfect base to explore the tropical beaches, waterfalls and nature trails of Maracas Beach, Las Cuevas Beach and Blanchisseuse.

Deep into Trinidad's northern range on our little agricultural set up is the Jungle Loft. Exactly on the trailhead for the three main oilbird caves in Aripo - and the island's largest cave system, there are easy walks along the road into the rainforest. Due to the length and varying conditions of the road we’re best suited to guests looking to explore the area or looking for a retreat or if you just really love the place!

A perfect place for eco-tourists and bird enthusiasts looking for a relaxing spot to explore the northern range on foot from. We are situated at the base of El Tucuche, fabled in Amerindian lore as a sacred mountain. The studio is large and comfortable with good views and perfectly located for guests seeking to explore the island. The apartment also has a projector system with Netflix.
