Drive down past our farm amongst the trees and wildlife. Adventure awaits in this beautifully recently converted school bus. See what it's like to live in a tiny home with all the amenities. Get fresh eggs from the chickens, sit on the porch, roast s'mores, lay in the hammock, play games, shower with nature all around you, and just rest and restore. In the north-end of this city you'll find the Ruston Way Waterfront, Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium, along with a variety of restaurants to please the most discerning pallet. This area boasts miles of walkways for biking/running/rollerblading if you are ready for some outdoor adventure. The Western Washington Fairgrounds in Puyallup are 10-15 minutes away if your coming for an event there.

Next door to a vineyard & winery, 5 min to all amenities, including, Wild Waves, St Francis hosp., Walmart, and Costco. Nestled between Seatac Airport & Tacoma, 30 min from Seattle . Perfect for business travelers, traveling nurses, couples, or families.

Mares Landing Private Guest House

Private guest house located 10 minutes from the Washington State Fairgrounds, with room for oversized vehicles/trailers. We have quick access to freeways to carry you to the entire Puget Sound area. Our spacious, peaceful 2 bedroom/2 bathroom home gives you lots of quiet country privacy right in the city. The guest house sits behind the main farmhouse providing the best views. The owners live on the property. We are family-friendly and love to share our hobby farm.

You’ll feel like you’ve been pulled into a mid century lounge and spa with a cocktail/espresso bar. Get lost in a stunning bathroom with walk-in, side-by-side dual shower heads & extremely deep soaking tub. The master suite has a cozy queen bed and large screen SMART TV & DVD player - along with a mid century desk/office space. The guest room has a twin bed. This owner occupied, 2 bedroom, downstairs suite is located in the North End Tacoma, Proctor & Ruston area.

Peaceful Bavarian Cottage & Hot Tub in the City

This is a very comfortable alternative to hotels with the hospitality culture. Cherry hardwood flooring throughout, a German/European feel as well. This is an ADA friendly property and the only steps (3) are on entry. Deck off the bedroom door with a small hot tub or cool tub if it’s hot out ! Street parking for one or two vehicles. Should you require 2 vehicle parking please discuss with me prior to arrival. I consider neighborhood parking etiquette very much!
