The farmstead is on the top of an hill and lies at the end of a long private road through a large olive growing estate; therefore you absolutely need a car. The breathtaking landscapes and the location of the villa offer the privacy needed for a peaceful and relaxing holiday and a perfect departure point from which to explore central Tuscany.

Intero piano superiore della Villa Padronale appena ristrutturata in stile tradizionale toscano.Gli alti soffitti con le travi a vista rendono il posto accogliente e perfetto per famiglie o gruppi di amici.Nella casa si trovano due grandi camini(in salotto e cucina)funzionali.Alloggio privato, non condiviso. La casa ha una ampia terrazza coperta,giardino con divani,bbq,firepit,parking privato. La piscina tra gli ulivi e i vigneti e' ideale per il relax ha un accesso privato alla zona condivisa

Beautiful entire mansion dated back to the 15th Century, Hunting Lodge belonging to the Medici family, located on the hills above Florence, surrounded by olive groves, cypresses and fruit trees, only 7/10mn driving from the Florence city center. Florence downtown is easily accessible either by car (i.e. it takes 10mn driving to get to Florence Central Station) or by bus (i.e. it takes approx. 15mn to get from the bus stop to Piazza San Marco which is 5mn walking from the Cathedral)

Two levels 800th rustic country house, on the hills surrounding the town with original forniture and a stunning view of the facing valley, a beautiful patio and large garden. 25 min driving from center, well placed for Chianti area, Siena, San Gimignano. 1hr driving to Pisa, Lucca, Volterra, Arezzo, Cortona and much more! Splendida porzione di casa colonica immersa nel Chianti con bellissima piscina, circondata da vigne e olivi, perfettamente arredata con vasto giardino e posti macchina. Si trova a 20 minuti da Firenze, 40 da Siena e 50 da Pisa, in pochi minuti si raggiunge Certaldo (città natale di Boccaccio) e Vinci (città natale di Leonardo Da Vinci). la casa è a metà strada tra Montespertoli e San Casciano (7km).
