Surrounded by nature, it is a place to slow down the time and relax As it is very easy to get to the the good trekking paths and the roads to discover the village and the area; you have many possibilites to reach the markets, the town and secret bays: trekking, biking, taxi, buses. Villamız, Fethiye‘nin Karaağaç Mahallesi’nde bulunmaktadır. Karaağaç, deniz seviyesinden 900 metre yükseklikte yerleşik köy halkı ile birlikte turizm tesislerinin oluşturduğu bir konumdadır. Ölüdeniz başta olmak üzere bir çok plaja erişimi olan bir lokasyandayız. Yaz aylarında aşırı nemli olan Fethiye merkezine göre bölgemiz nemsiz bir havaya sahiptir. Our house located in the old town called Paspatur in the center of Fethiye. When you go down the stairs of the house, you will find yourself in the old town bazaar with restaurants&bars. It is walking distance to the marina, minibuses to tourist attractions,shops,taxi office,ATMs and populer places. The fish market with fish restaurants is nearby. The popular restaurant Paşa Kebap is right at the entrance of the house on the street and the most popular patisserie Mereng is next to the house.

Right behind the AKA Home is our 200 years old fruit garden with more than 10 kinds of fruit trees. While watching this awesome green scenery from your balcony, you can enjoy your isolated space in the heart of the town.

Tinton bir lakap, eniştemin dedesinin lakabı. Şaman, ticari hayattaki ilk ve en büyük işimiz olan butiğimizin adı. Evin restorasyonu / tadilatı 2022 Ekim ayında bitti, oldukça özenli ve şık döşendi. Merkezi bir noktada, bağımsız olarak da kullanılan 2 dairenin birleşimi. Sokağa araba ile girilmiyor. 80 basamaklı bir merdiven ile çıkılıyor eve. Yürüme güçlüğü çekenler için uygun degil. Şömineler dekorasyon amaçlı olup, kullanıma uygun değildir.
