The Black Cabin Oban

This one-of-a-kind cabin is newly built by a local designer and cabinet maker with comfort and luxury as a priority. The uniquely styled cabin includes a lounge area, kitchen with appliances, super king bedroom, wet room and spacious decking with hot tub. Set high on the hillside, you can relax and enjoy unique panoramic views over Oban and Glen Coe mountain range. The Black Cabin makes the ideal space for a romantic getaway and as a base to explore the wonderful west coast of Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿.

Clickety-Clack Cottage

Clickety-Clack is nestled at the head of Loch Eil, 10 miles from Fort William, 6 miles from Glenfinnan. Sleeps 4 persons max. 1 well behaved dog is permitted at the cottage with prior arrangement. We have beautiful views of the Loch and Ben Nevis. Perfect for couples and families and sits alongside the West Highland Railway line, the cottage is in the enviable position to watch the trains pass the front door. Car is essential in order to see the surrounding areas. We have no direct Loch access

We are situated in Roy Bridge 15 mins outside Fort William, (12 miles) close to amenities and a short walk to the train station. The perfect base to explore the Highlands. The room has a private entrance separate from the main house. The en-suite bathroom is located downstairs. Upstairs there is a loft bedroom with double bed along with tea and coffee making facilities, tv with Netflix and fridge. With no running water or cooking facilities, this stay is not for the faint hearted. Bathe in a cold mountain stream, see the stars in the dark night sky, feel the heat from a crackling fire, and fall asleep to the sound of the waterfall.

Modernist Studio in the Scottish Highlands

This distinctive building, renovated both inside and out, started life as a primary school in 1966 and its modernist design is unique for the area. You will be surrounded by art, vintage furniture, natural textiles and amazing views during your stay. The studio is self contained and well equipped with a small but functional kitchen with high quality kitchen and tableware. The Japanese inspired bathroom has been designed to spend time and relax in with a large rain shower and deep bath.

The Star Hut at Rannoch Station

Unique, single-room glass-fronted hut in a silver birch/rowan wood on a small hill, full of character with a spectacular view 25 miles to the East. Rannoch Moor is a place of peace and tranquillity, there is no noise (after the 9.05pm train) and no light pollution. Weather permitting, you can watch the stars and sunrise while lying in bed, see deer walking in the wood, experience being cosy in the midst of dramatic weather or listen to the dawn chorus. The island is easily accessible by the nearby Calmac passenger ferry from Gallanach, near the mainland town of Oban.
