Nested in the forest, family or couple oriented space, freshly renovated apartment on ground level. 1 Bedroom with queen bed and bunk beds, full bathroom with laundry, living room, 42’’ flat screen TV, open concept kitchen and entrance. Conveniently close to the highway yet away from the main traffic, located 15 min walk or 5 min bike ride from downtown Fernie, restaurants, bars and shops. Located 200m from PhatB trail head, and 500m from a ski hill shuttle stop located down the street.

Well located, with walking distance to town, 5 minutes drive to the ski hill. Clean and well stocked unit, with one queen and one king bed, 2 full bathrooms, and good space to hang out. Pool, Gym and Hot Tub in the building. (Pool/hot tub access will be limited or closed during June - September 2025, due to renovations) Indoor/outdoor parking, “Oversized trailers that take up more than one parking space are not allowed on SilverRock property.” City of Fernie Business license #002648

King's Fernie Suite

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place. 1000 ft² suite with separate entrance. Large windows with lots of natural light, well stocked kitchenette, bedroom with king size and double beds, living room with pull out couch, fire place and TV. Located below our main living area. We are a family of 4 and a dog, so there will be noise from upstairs. This suite is ideal for a family or a couple. No parties. No smoking on property.

This spacious 3 bed, 2 bath condo is walking distance to town and a short drive to the Fernie Alpine Resort ski area Enjoy a soak in the hot tub after a day on the slopes or trails, or hit the pool or fitness room for some R'nR! The cozy Corner Pocket Chalet is our newly renovated 3BR condo just steps from the chairlifts and with incredible mountain facing views. After an amazing day of skiing, biking, hiking, fishing or swimming, relax in the massive outdoor hot tub, splash in the indoor pool, or BBQ on our sunny balcony taking in the spectacular views of the Fernie headwall. Located just off highway 3, 1500 McDonald Ave, Fernie B.C., next to Dairy Queen. Bring the family to this great place! spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom end unit on first floor! Close to ski hill, Dairy Queen and all amenities! Enjoy a day on the slopes and relax at end of the day in the pool, steam room or hot tub! Underground parking available. With access to ski lockers. Pool is and hot tub is currently closed due to maintenance!
