7th & Alder Perfectly Located Revamped One Bedroom

Location, Location, Location! 10 minute walk to UPS. 5 minute walk to Red Hot. 3.2 miles to Ruston Way water front. 1.7 miles to Wright Park, in the Stadium District. 5 miles to Tacomas beautiful Point Defiance Park. 7 Miles to Chambers Bay. 10 miles to Gig Harbor, just a short 10 minute drive over the Narrows Bridge! Mt. Rainier, National Park 76 miles, one of the prettiest 2 hour drives in our State. Seattle 35 miles. 2 hours to Olympic National Park! 2 hours to the Ocean. GREAT!

The neighborhood has a lived-in feel, and a few have outdoor storage or personal belongings visible from the street. Easy access to freeways, restaurants and amenities. Breakfast not provided.

The apartment takes up half the second floor in this newer Modern Home 6 min from SeaTac Airport and 12 min to down town Seattle via 509 freeway located between Gregory Heights and Burien, Wa. This exclusive property has the privacy and safety with small town charm our guests have raved about! Great amenities and just minutes away is Trader Joe’s and PCC .

Full kitchen with all the essentials. *PLEASE NOTE* This unit has 6.5 ft ceilings and a narrow, short shower. If you are over 6ft tall, be aware that this apartment may not be as comfortable for you. Full bed in bedroom, single pull out couch. Apartment is completely private; no shared common spaces beyond the main home entrance stairwell to private unit doors.

ᗌᗌᗌ King bed, A/C, Jukebox, Fresh & new 1br

The duplex has been recently updated with all new furniture, appliances, and interior finishes. Decor was chosen with an eye towards vintage nostalgia. Our favorite item is the 1950s jukebox loaded with old classics. It's relaxing to watch the old mechanism hum to life and crank out hit after hit like we just elected Eisenhower. The neighborhood is quiet and the apartment is reasonably spacious for a one-bedroom. You should have everything you need for a short or long-term stay!
