Northern Yuba City on Tres Picos

This charming room is perfectly suited for traveling professional, nurses, and/or military personnel. My home is in North Yuba City, conveniently located 15 minutes from Rideout Memorial Hospital and 30 minutes from Beale Air Force Base. The bedroom is immaculately furnished with a new furniture including an incredibly comfortable queen sized bed, nightstand, dresser, and big screen television. All utilities are included and you can enjoy our garage gym, high speed Wi-Fi and streaming services.

Located on a tiny Quiet One way street. So many options. Two HUGE Orange trees in the fully fenced front. Pick as many as you desire, make fresh OJ. Beautiful backyard with 4 sitting areas a fire place, Walnut & apricot tree. Very open spacious property with so many comforts of home. 2 extra large bedrooms 2 baths & office
