Cascade Cabin is a cozy and comfortable, yet newer, sophisticated log home on one and a half bucolic and manicured acres, just a five minute drive (2.4 miles) to downtown Nevada City. The spacious home offers four separate sleeping spaces: three bedrooms, plus media room with a full-size pull out sofa bed; three and a half bathrooms, with updated, modern decor and amenities. The house is located on a beautiful private parcel surrounded by trees and bordered by a peaceful waterway hiking trail.

Glenbrook House is centrally located, 5 min to Nevada City or Grass Valley. It has epic sunset views, ample parking, a spacious interior with open floor plan, kitchen island and hardwood floors throughout. 55” Smart TV in living room, and 45” TV in master bedroom. Private office and high speed internet offers distance work/school and fold out couch. Private deck with seating for 6 overlooking the pond and a private gazebo. Gate to irrigation canal offers leisurely strolls to a waterfall.

The Two Room Inn is a very beautiful, truly unique Victorian cottage located in the heart of historic gold rush town Nevada City in the Sierra foothills. Comfort, luxury, location, ambiance. Walk out the door and you are in downtown Nevada City with its wonderful array of cafes, restaurants, shops and galleries. Within a few minutes' drive are numerous hiking trails and river swimming holes, and everywhere the beautiful natural surroundings of the foothills of the Sierra Mountains.

Prime location—just minutes from grocery, food and shopping. The Galleria Mall, Topgolf, and Thunder Valley Casino are a short drive away. Plus, not far from the mountains, making this the perfect home base for rafting, hiking, or skiing. Enjoy our comfortable one bedroom log cabin (King bed), with kitchenette, patio with waterfall and private hot tub. 3.5 mi. from the Yuba River with many deep pools, and huge warm boulders. 3 mi. from downtown Nevada City, live theatre, music, art, fine dining and boutique shopping. There is spotty cell service, but you can text via wifi. If you need a fast strong connection please consider that this may not be the place for you.

Resort like pool house, nicely finished. Perfect for a couple or a family with younger children.
