The original site of Lawson's Finest brewery with charm & views of Lincoln Ridge. Located on a backcountry dirt road, nestled in the mountains in the quaint town of Warren, VT. Four wheel drive is recommended in winter. Close to Sugarbush skiing & golf (10 min), Mad River Glen (15 min), and Lawson's Finest brewery, taproom, & retail store (12 min) away. Peaceful & private 1800 sq ft home with outdoor deck & spacious lawn. Featuring a backup generator for 24hr/day power & WiFi fiber (50MB speed).

Modular - 3 bedroom house

Modular home has only ever been a short term rental and never fully lived in. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including one master bathroom. Electric fireplace to gather around after a long day playing in the snow. Large movie collection for stay at home days. Keurig machine for fresh coffee in the morning or some hot chocolate. 30 minutes to Stowe, Burlington and Montpelier. Lots of places to eat and shop within 30 minutes. Bolton ski resort 5 minutes down the road. Great view of the mountains.

This is an authentic VT house tucked between two of the state's most celebrated ski resorts, Stowe and Smuggler's Notch. We are about 30 minutes north of Mount Mansfield with tons of hiking and exploration opportunities. In this area you can enjoy some of the state's most popular outdoor recreational attractions and activities. The space is private and serene and works for all different kinds of local adventures in any season. Come experience a unique part of VT in your own unique VT home!

The Mountain House

Come enjoy all that the Mad River Valley has to offer! Our new construction home is ready for you to relax in with family and friends. The main living space showcases amazing mountain views and a cozy fireplace. The master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with soaker tub and a private balcony. There are two bedrooms on the first floor and a full bath. The basement is where all the fun happens - large tv, ping pong, foosball and more. ~10 min to ski areas and 2 minutes to Waitsfield.

Wake up to stunning views of Sugarbush in this “Flat Roof A-Frame". Four bedrooms, a sleeping loft, three bathrooms, two living rooms, a dining room, a newly renovated kitchen, a desk area with wifi, two decks (one w/gas grill), and a laundry room/game room provide plenty of space for family gatherings. Located 3 minutes from town. Not suitable for small children/toddlers or guests with mobility issues. During summer we are only renting out 6+ night rentals with changeovers on Friday.

Please note: We have a firm no kids policy due to the open loft and stairs.

Incredible views from this fantastic house set on 4 acres central to all activities in the Valley - hiking, biking, skiing, fun at the river. A mile to downtown Waitsfield for groceries, shopping, etc. The house gets tremendous sun and all rooms have an exceptional view of the mountains and the valley, which are spectacular year round. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, and there’s also a gas grill. Spend the day out exploring and then relax on the deck!

This is a very private mountain home surrounded by green and peace. Your private forest. Amazing Views. Very romantic. Open layout. Lots of light. Wood floors and electric heating. Very quiet, relaxing and cozy. It has a decompressing effect on it's guests. Perfect to rest your head. Not suitable for children under 12 years old. Amazing gourmet kitchen. WE HAVE HIGH SPEED INTERNET. Fly into Burlington and rent a car, it will be approximately a 40min. Drive to Middlesex.
