Quiet, safe neighborhood 5 blocks from California University. On street parking space for your vehicle. front porch, Literally 100 steps to boat ramp and dock on the Monongahela river. A lot of people in the area swim in the river which is literally at the end of the street, Boaters and Fishermen are welcome. 2 bikes in the shed for your enjoyment, free Keurig coffee pods in kitchen, Please help yourself. Floating tubes in shed for you to use. READ and FOLLOW the safety sign in the shed please!

The new, spacious Loft sits on the banks of the Casselman River on the top floor of the former Confluence high school. The loft sleeps up to 8. It features an open floor plan, large windows and enormous deck with a great view of the river, mountains and town. The building is powered by solar panels. Easy access to town and just off the GAP bike trail. The perfect location for recreating and relaxing in the Laurel Highlands.

"Sweet Suite'

The "Sweet Suite" has a beautiful view of the Youghiogheny River. With one large bedroom that contains two queens beds, a spacious living room and kitchen, this room easily accommodates four people. We offer free WiFi, satellite TV, air conditioning, use of the outdoor grill, and plenty of parking. There is a 2 night minimum for week ends... Friday and Saturday night or Saturday and Sunday night.
