This private, self-contained suite for one includes a foyer, office and kitchenette all in a large room. There is a cozy living room and a bedroom (queen bed) with a small ensuite bathroom. Boasting two bedrooms, one bath, full kitchen, living room and outdoor living space, this newly built unit is sure to create lasting fun memories. Located directly on Lake Herrington in a no wake zone cove. Shared dock access with home owners . IMPORTANT: During late fall and winter the winter level makes the dock unusable. Water returns to summer pool level by spring for boating season.

Wi-Fi and on-site illuminated parking available as well. W/D svc available on stays over 5 days. The salon generally closes at 6 p.m. T-Th so there will be no traffic or noise after that time. The salon is also closed Sunday and Monday.
