Cottage w/Jacuzzi - centrally located, comfy beds!

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located house with hot, clean jacuzzi year-round (jets are old!). Comfy beds, cozy linens and a good sleep are the hallmark of our BnB. The focus is family, friends & interacting through good ol’ conversation. Plenty of room in kitchen for good meals! Lots of books in the library for a good read and art from local artists - all for sale. Close to downtown, campus, NOLI District and I-75 / I-64. Great stay for traveling professionals, nurses/doctors.

Retro Mid-Century English Cottage

Just minutes to Keeneland and Red Mile. You’ll be glad you found this hidden gem in the Horse Capital of the World. Close to everything but in a safe and friendly neighborhood. Within ten minutes (or less) to Keeneland, Downtown, Rupp Arena, The Distillery District, UK, Masterson Station Park, Legacy Trail, The Arboretum or a scenic drive down Old Frankfort Pike. This private studio apartment is in a historic triplex near the University of Kentucky and downtown Lexington, KY. There are two large rooms - a kitchen and a bedroom - in addition to the small bathroom. The bedroom has a comfy queen bed and a full-sized futon couch (for an additional sleeping option). The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. Forget something? Kroger grocery is only 1/2 block away, as are a variety of local restaurants, bars, and retail stores!
