The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking supplies and a Keurig coffee machine with several options for you to choose from. Full use of the home, fenced in back yard and a washer/dryer for your convenience.

Sink into the soft bed after seeing our local sites Bailey Yard, Buffalo Bill's Ranch, or the Canteen district downtown. Don't forget the large front porch for that morning cup of coffee. You'll feel right at home in this "Simply Suite" and peaceful private home. This freshly remodeled cottage has all the modern amenities, including a smart lock for self check-in and a Roku TV set up so you can log into your favorite streaming apps. A queen-sized bed and comfy chair adds to its homey feel, and the fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for a dine-in meal or a quick breakfast. Outside amenities include offstreet parking and a cozy little dining area among the trees.

The Nest

The Nest is an upstairs mini apartment in a building on a working bison ranch. The decor is birds, flowers, nature. The windows look out over the pastures. The bathroom features a shower and small clothes washer. The kitchenette area includes hot drink dispenser, microwave, toaster oven, and mini fridge. A cot and portable crib are available on request. Breakfast snacks and coffee are included in the room rate. Covid concerns: you will be the only occupants in the building overnight.

The River House

Come explore the great outdoors when you stay at the river house and enjoy the quiet as you look over the South Loup River Valley. There is river access for all kinds of water fun from tubing, fishing, kayaking, and swimming. You can enjoy evening sunsets out on the covered front porch or setup your telescope for some amazing star gazing with no light pollution. The fiber optic connection makes it easy to use your smart devices for entertainment or setup a mobile office to work remotely.

Relax with the family in our conveniently located home. We purchased and remodeled this 1930's bungalow keeping as many original features as possible. What started out as hobby, paired with Gothenburg's need for affordable lodging, has blossomed into a way for us to raise a little extra money for our daughters college fund. We are located just four miles from top ranked Wild Horse Golf Club, two blocks from Highway 30, one mile from Interstate 80, and three blocks from historic downtown.

This secluded getaway has plenty of space to run, play, explore or just relax! Located on gravel roads, so four wheel drive vehicles may be necessary depending on weather conditions.

Welcome to this lovely home, which retains elements of it's nearly 100-year-old history. It is located in a quiet residential area with a comfy living room where you can relax after long hours of driving. High-speed Internet is equipped for everyone to utilize. And a washing machine and a dryer are provided in the basement. Additional pillows and blankets are provided as well. It's very close to downtown, only takes about 3-5 minutes to restaurants, banks and shopping centers.

You are within walking distance to three parks, Lake Helen, and downtown. A mile north of town is the Wild Horse Golf Course giving golfers links on rolling hills and wild grasses.

The Shop House

Finally, somewhere to stay in Bertrand Nebraska - Unique property. It is a shop house (or Barndominium). loft-style living room over 2 bedrooms, one bath. Living room seats 12, dining table sits 8+2 at the island. The rest of the building is the owners own space, but can be utilized if there is a need. Options for washer & dryer + second bathroom are available. Great for family gatherings or visits, executive overnights, hunting or whatever brings you to town.
